HISTORICAL SALES RECORDS
By mining the data held by platforms like Shopify and Amazon's Seller Central we see the sales history of every item we finance. Going straight to source data allows our validating software to see the Gross and Net values and historical turnover levels.
This gives us the same access to information as the sellers we finance minimizing asymmetric data risks from our funding approach
REALTIME INVENTORY COUNTS
We only purchase inventory held by independent third parties, this means counts are accurate and product is ready to ship.

Our depth of data allows us to generate pricing based on realistic expected sales and pricing.
When we finance a Seller we take ownership rights over all of their inventory, but if it hasn't sold before, or their are more units that we expect to sell in a reasonable time then that is priced into the purchase order.
OVER COLLATERALIZATION
Being tapped into realtime data flows allows the Yaydu data engine to run analysis across all product lines. When sales are dropping off we see it and product prices automatically update to ensure collateralization rates are maintained.
